In response to the Maryland PDAB’s request for input on therapeutic alternatives, the EACH Coalition submitted a group letter urging the board to handle carefully any policies that might limit treatment options for patients with chronic conditions.
The letter was signed by 17 organizations and outlined concerns from a patient perspective. The letter explained the importance of maintaining multiple treatment options and outlined the real-life experiences patients undergo to identify medications and treatments that work best for them.
