The EACH/PIC Coalition submitted a comment letter to the Labor and Commerce Committee in the Virginia House of Delegates. The letter opposed HB1724 which would establish a Prescription Drug Affordability Board.
The letter outlined why PDABs are the wrong solution to creating more affordability and access for patients in Virginia and urged Delegates to consider alternative reforms that would resolve patient-reported obstacles to care.
